Coming from a family of farmers and technicians, Paari has a deep respect for the grit required to build a small business. He is excited to pursue his dream of owning and running a business vital to the local community.Paari brings a strong combination of finance and operating experience. He started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Over the last 10 years, Paari has worked as an operator at several fast growing start-ups, including selling software to auto repair shops across US and Canada.Outside of work, you can find Paari in nature with his 4 year old dog.
SEAN
Sean's journey began on the production floor, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience as a packager and forklift driver. This experience instilled in him a profound understanding of efficient operations and the importance of fostering a robust work culture—crucial elements in the success of any small business.Sean brings a blend of finance and operational experience. He started his career at London Capital in equity investing, and then switched into investment banking and eventually to corporate strategy. Since transitioning into product management, over the last five years, Sean has spent time launching new IoT products at Rogers Communications, building Fidelity Investments Canada’s first robo-advisor and growing Bank of Montreal’s self-directed investment platform.Outside of work, Sean and his wife Shelly are serious foodies and love to go on epic treks around the city.
